Thanks for asking! We're happy to show you how to see your daily countdown when using our iOS app.

When you first open the app, you should see How Big is Baby on the home screen. You can tap into HBIB to see your weekly updates, or you can swipe left twice to see the new countdown placement. Within the countdown, you can see that the "how far along" and "how much longer to go" details are listed separately. These details now rotate every 5 seconds. We know it's hard, but you may need to be a little patient! If you haven't noticed the "how much longer" details yet, just wait on that screen a few more seconds.

In this section, you may also notice that you can switch themes for your countdown background. We hope you find a these that you enjoy!

We hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please email our team at support@thebump.com. We're happy to help!

Thanks for sharing your request with our team!

We've recently made some changes to our registry system, so you don't need to do anything to link your registries -- except make them public. Our partner retailers will automatically share your registry details with our system within 48-72 hours.

As long as you are past your first trimester of pregnancy (Week 14), you and your guests can easily locate your registry page by using The Bump Baby Registry Finder. To make the viewing more consistent for you and your friends/family, you will need to view your registry through the website -- it will not display through the app.

If your registries haven't linked with The Bump within 72 hours, please send the following details to our team at support@thebump.com, and we will research your issue further.

    Your Name:
    Partner's Name (if applicable):
    Due Date:
Email used to create Bump account:
    Links to missing registries:

We hope this helps clarify our new simplified process.

    yours. truly.

Thanks for your feedback and request. We are so excited to show you how to find our Inside the Bump feature on our app. This section includes 3D renderings of baby's growth throughout your pregnancy.

    1. Log in to the app
    2. At the top of the home screen, you should see “Week # - How Big is Baby?”. Under the fruit image, click the “View” button
    3. Scroll about halfway down this page and you’ll find the new section, “Inside the Bump”.
    4. Click the Launch Week# button, and you’ll now see the 3D rendering of your baby’s current growth stage. You can scroll around, zoom in and out, and click on the highlighted areas to read unique facts about your baby’s development.

We're always working to improve our app and appreciate suggestions from our users. If you have any additional questions, please contact our team at support@thebump.com.

Thanks for being a member of The Bump!

Hi, and thanks for your feedback suggestion. We are so sorry to hear of your loss, and hope you are doing well.

There are a couple ways you can report a loss and remove a pregnancy from your profile.

If you are using the website, simply click on the profile and select "Remove this profile". You will then be given the option to notate "I am reporting a loss" or "Just remove this profile". When you remove the profile, all of your previous subscribed emails will be removed as well.

If you are using the app, the process is similar. When you tap on your current pregnancy profile, you should see the options "I have given birth", "Edit my pregnancy", or "I have experienced a loss". Selecting this last one will give you the option to report your loss.

We hope this helps. Please email us at support@thebump.com if you have any additional questions or suggestions for our team.

We wish you all the best!

    yours. truly.

Hi, and thanks for your feedback suggestion.

We see value in diversity and strive to be inclusive of all readers. The baby featured in our 3D renderings is intended to have slightly translucent skin so that you can view their internal growth throughout your pregnancy.

Additionally, baby's skin pigmentation doesn't start to develop until very late in your pregnancy. It’s not until the third trimester, when fetal skin starts to harden and become less transparent, that pigmentation begins to develop. You may find some helpful details about baby's skin development here: https://www.thebump.com/a/fetal-development-skin-hair-nails

We hope this is helpful! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our team at support@thebump.com.

We agree! You should be able to upload new or select previously taken photos from the camera roll on your phone. If this option doesn't appear to be available, you may need to adjust the permission settings on your device.

First, let's check if your phone is set-up to allow The Bump app access to your photos.

    1. Go into your phone's Settings
    2. At the bottom of your Settings screen, you should see all of your current apps listed
    3. Click on The Bump listing
    4. Now, you should see what The Bump app has permission to access. Be sure that both Photos and Camera have permission.
    5. If the permission is already set to Green, it won't hurt to remove the permission and then add it back. This will reset access if anything is stuck on your device.

Once you've adjusted your phone's settings, please log out of the app and back in again. (You may also want to double-check that the latest updates have been installed as well.)

    1. Tap “More” (on the bottom right of the screen)
    2. Tap “My Account”
    3. Scroll down, and tap “Log Out”
    4. Sign back into the app as normal

If you continue to have issues, please contact our team at support@thebump.com.
